Personal Lines Customer Service

      Jo Butler joined the agency in July 2004 primarily as a personal lines customer service representative.

      Her varied work experience includes 12 years in medical insurance filing, 13 years in a combined field of appraisal and law services, and 5 years in personal lines customer service.

      She is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina.  She moved to the Griffin area with her parents in 1974.  She and her husband, Thomas, now reside in Zebulon, Georgia and have two children and two grandchildren.
